My Birthday is exactly ONE MONTH away.....!
Happy to report that I ran the 5K at theTempe IronGirl Event on Sunday. Great event every year! Wonderful people - very motivating to get my self in gear to eventually do the 10mile - which I wanted to do this year, though didn't prepare. Happy that I showed for the 5K & started the LAST MONTH OF MY THIRTIES on a great note.
If you ever have a chance to participate in any of Iron Girl's Events -
DO IT!
